Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of bettertomorrow.studio and the apps and services published by Better Tomorrow, MB (“Better Tomorrow”, “we”, “us”), a legal entity registered in the Republic of Lithuania (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Using the Services

You may use the Services only in line with these Terms and applicable law. You must not misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them in unauthorised ways, interfering with their operation, reverse engineering them except where the law allows, or using them to break the law or infringe the rights of others.

2. Apps from the App Store

Our apps distributed through the Apple App Store are licensed, not sold, to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these Terms. Apple is not responsible for the apps or their content, maintenance, support or warranty, except as set out in that agreement. Some apps may have additional terms, which apply together with these Terms.

3. Accounts

If a Service lets you create an account, you are responsible for keeping access to it secure and for activity under it. You can delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, text and graphics, are owned by Better Tomorrow or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for their intended purpose. Content you create in the Services remains yours.

6. Information only

Information provided in the Services is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, medical or other professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on it.

7. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your particular requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Better Tomorrow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for intent or gross negligence.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaches these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
