Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Better Tomorrow, MB (“Better Tomorrow”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit bettertomorrow.studio or use the apps and services we publish (together, the “Services”). Some apps may have an additional privacy notice describing data specific to that app; where they do, it applies together with this policy.
1. Controller
The data controller is Better Tomorrow, MB, a legal entity registered in the Republic of Lithuania. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@bettertomorrow.studio.
2. Data we collect
- Information you give us, such as your email address and the content of messages you send us.
- Account information, if an app offers accounts or Sign in with Apple, such as a user identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address.
- Purchase information. In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details; we receive transaction and subscription status information needed to provide what you bought.
- Usage and diagnostic data, such as app interactions, crash reports, device type, operating system version and approximate region, collected in a way that does not directly identify you where possible.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for cross-app or cross-website tracking for advertising purposes without your permission.
3. How we use data and legal bases
- To provide, maintain and support the Services (performance of a contract).
- To process purchases and manage subscriptions (performance of a contract).
- To fix bugs, keep the Services secure and improve them (legitimate interests).
- To respond to your messages (legitimate interests or performance of a contract).
- To comply with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules (legal obligation).
- For anything else, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Service providers
We use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf, such as Apple (App Store, purchases), cloud hosting, subscription management, analytics and crash reporting providers. They may only use the data to provide their services to us and are bound by data protection obligations. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised after you delete it, unless we must keep certain records longer by law.
6. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. If an app lets you create an account, you can delete it from within the app or by emailing us. To exercise your rights, contact hello@bettertomorrow.studio.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local supervisory authority.
7. Children
Our Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its “Last updated” date. If changes are significant, we will let you know within the relevant app or by other appropriate means.
